The Role: Social Media & Creative Coordinator
We’re looking for a creative, proactive individual to elevate our brand voice across platforms. Bring our message—and our high-quality stainless parts—to life through engaging videos, polished brochures, and strategic social content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Creation: Film and edit compelling short- and long-form videos showcasing product installs (e.g., disc drill upgrades, undercarriage manifolds), behind-the-scenes fabrication, and “why stainless” stories.
Platform Management: Upload optimized content to social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook—leveraging hashtags like #airseeder and #stainlesssteel to increase reach.
Print & Digital Design: Design brochures, ads, and marketing materials that align with our sturdy, reliable brand identity—featuring components like quick connectors, seed brakes, and manifold assemblies.
Content Integration: Incorporate visual and thematic elements from our site—like the bold tagline “Choose Stainless”, custom cart builder UX, and featured product categories (e.g., “Disc Drill”, “JD Conveyor”)—to reinforce our brand narrative.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our driven team—fabricators, sales, operations—to ensure authenticity and accuracy in messaging.
Content Strategy: Plan and schedule posts, track engagement KPIs, and suggest improvements to our digital and print marketing strategy.
Must-Haves:
Proficient in video creation: filming, editing (software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut), and platform uploads (YouTube, IG Reels, Facebook).
Skilled designer in tools like InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva for brochure and ad creation.
Strong sense for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Familiarity with agricultural machinery or manufacturing is a strong asset.
Self-starter, organized, and able to juggle multiple creative projects.
Great communicator, eager to spearhead both digital and print messaging.
